On their journey through the Web3 Spaces, the Academy participants explore four theme planets.
On each planet, they are guided through carefully curated content delivered in various forms and by different Web3 experts.
Good to know: The Web3 Spaces exploration is designed to deliver a true Web3 experience to Academy participants. Practicing what we preach and teaching along the way, access to the Academy requires participants to learn the handling of basic Web3 instruments, such as wallets and tokens.
#1 Planet Introdus
In the first month of the Academy, the Planet Introdus lays out the broader context of the Web3 ecosystem, covering key tech and non-tech topics needed to build a Web3 project:
NFT Trends: General introduction to NFTs (non-fungible tokens) with market overview, interesting project cases, and technology powering them.
Web3 Technologies: A basic technological and infrastructural overview with an emphasis on security, technical limitations, different blockchain networks, and more.
Legal Guidelines: Main legal aspects of launching an NFT/Web3 project in business, including tax requirements, intellectual property, data protection, and more.
Q&A Sessions on building in Web3: Expert guidance and tailored advice to the participants’ questions raised during the first three sessions.
#2 Planet AMAlin
In the following months, the Academy continues with two AMA (Ask-Me-Anything) sessions per month, four sessions in total.
In every AMA session, our Web3 experts will answer and discuss all the participants’ questions posted to the Academy platform beforehand. This will help them move forward with their Web3 project ideas and get concrete guidelines for brand-specific challenges.
The AMA sessions will also host interesting guest speakers to present their Web3 projects, best practices, challenges, and experiences, or discuss critical Web3-related topics.
#3 Planet TriOs
On Planet TriOs, participants gain access to a 1-hour 1-on-1 meeting with Kalmia’s in-house or partner experts.
The private consulting allows participants to discuss the details of the brand’s Web3 project idea and earn valuable guidance on the technology, business, or legal aspects to improve the infrastructure needed for successful project execution.
#4 Planet Opushop
Participants interested in launching a Web3 project with Kalmia can book a tailored workshop to clarify all the remaining details and set the main cornerstones needed for a successful project launch. The workshop outcomes include technical wireframing and development plan, project value proposition, legal support, and financials framework.
After the workshop, participants gain a budget estimation for the project, and guidance for all the steps to follow to bring the brand’s Web3 idea to fruition.
Good to know: Participants holding a VIP Entrance Token have free access to the Opushop workshop, but they must register in time. VIP Entrance Tokens are granted to 1 in 10 participants. Classic Token holders can access the workshop at a discounted price.
